The core of MM is the mission block, which is made out of recycled coffee ground composite PE plastic with a dual-shot semi-translucent PE light ring. The whole unit can be easily recycled at the end of the life cycle.
The valve on the bottom of the carafe controls the boiling water flows downward or blocks the water, which enables two modes:
1.
Auto-Drip Mode
once the water is boiled to the pre-set temperature, the valve opens up and starts dripping water through the ground coffee.
When the dripping is completed, the light ring will turn white for 5 mins as the best test time window.
2.
Pour-Over Mode
The user has more flexibility with pour-over mode, water will be boiled to the pour-over-friendly temperature, and the valve stands shut to prevent water from leaking.
The light ring spin at the optimized speed for pour-over which makes it easier to master the skill. Once the water amount reaches the max of each round of pour-over. Orange will lights up to notify the user to stop pour-over the water and wait till the purple light spinning again.
